Shipping and return policies

Timing

Please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Allow 2 weeks for orders picked up at the national office, as well.

We regret that we cannot fill rush orders. No exceptions are made, including orders picked up at our offices.

Invoicing

An invoice including shipping charges will be sent with the materials. A minimum handling charge of $3.00 will be applied to each order.

Shipping fees

Most orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that UPS charges additional fees for delivery to residential addresses.

Order materials at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid UPS or USPS express/expedited delivery fees.

Return policy

Materials ordered from the BeFriender Ministry National Office are not refundable.

Defective materials will be replaced.
