Payment and registration

• Payment in full is due at the time of registration.

• Registrations by phone will not be accepted.

Group registrations

• In order to receive the group rate, all members of the group must register together on one form and send payment for all group members in one envelope.

• Group rates apply to a single session only.

• Additional group members cannot be retroactively added to a group that has previously submitted a registration.

• No additional discounts apply for groups that register for both sessions in the series.

• If cancellations within a group cause the group to become smaller than 4 people, an additional $3 per person will be due by June 15 and July 13, respectively, or an additional $11 per person if the cancellations are made after those two respective dates.

Registrant cancellations

• If a registrant has signed up for one session:

  • Paid registrations canceled fewer than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable. Paid registrations canceled 7 or more days prior to the event will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. Instead of canceling, registrations may be transferred to another individual by contacting 952-767-0244.

• If a registrant has signed up for the entire series and cancels one or more individual sessions:

  • Registrations canceled fewer than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable. Paid registrations canceled 7 or more days prior to the event will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. Instead of canceling, registrations may be transferred to another individual by contacting 952-767-0244.

Event cancellation

• In order to be good stewards of funds, the BeFriender Ministry National Office reserves the right to cancel a workshop with fewer than the minimum number of registrants.

• If the BeFriender Ministry National Office cancels a workshop, registrants' payments will be refunded in full.
