CHURCH CLUSTERS

For churches in a group to qualify for cluster pricing, the program supervisor for the group will need to complete and submit either the following PDF form or the online form:

•  Cluster form in PDF format (print, complete, and send)

•  Online cluster form

PAYMENT

A $100 deposit per registrant is due immediately upon registration to reserve space in the workshop. Full payment is due by the deadline. A $50 late fee will be due for registrations OR payments received after the deadline listed.

CONFIRMATION

You will receive an initial invoice and with an acknowledgement of your registration within 10 days after we receive your registration.

You will receive an e-GetReady e-mail 7-10 days prior to the workshop's start. The e-mail will include PDF attachments with directions to the site, pre-work, and other details.

Registrants without e-mail addresses can request that the information be sent via U.S. Postal Service.

Please be sure to change settings on your computer and/or with your Internet Service Provider to allow e-mail from the domain befrienderministry.org so that the confirmation packet is not rejected or identified as spam.
