Establish a cluster

The program supervisor for your group of churches will need to submit this information so that the churches qualify for cluster pricing.

  • To see a description of the program supervisor role, see "Getting Started."

  • Close this window and return to the registration form. You will have another opportunity to complete the cluster form after you submit your registration.

To become a cluster for BeFriender Ministry, your group of churches must meet all of the following criteria. Check the ones that apply to your group of churches:

There are fewer than 5 churches in the group.
There is one program supervisor with ultimate accountability for the program in all of the churches in the group.
The program leaders from all churches in the group meet together for program planning, evaluation, and other leadership team responsibilities.
The lay ministry candidates from all churches in the group are trained together.
The lay ministers (BeFrienders) and program leaders from all churches in the group always meet together for regular "Making Meaning" and continuing education sessions.
A BeFriender may be asked to befriend someone from another church in the group.

If you check all of the criteria listed above, your group of churches qualifies as a cluster. In order to establish a cluster, please complete the following information.

Supervisor's name
Supervisor's phone
Supervisor's e-mail
Supervisor's mailing address
