Cluster criteria
Two or more churches qualify as a cluster if the answer to all of the following questions is YES:
Is there
one
program supervisor with ultimate accountability for the program
for all of the churches?
Do the program leaders from
all of the churches meet together for program
planning, evaluation, and other leadership team responsibilities?
Are the lay ministry candidates from
all churches in the cluster trained together?
Do the lay
ministers (BeFrienders) and program leaders from all churches in the
cluster meet together for "Making
Meaning" and continuing education?
Can a BeFriender be asked to befriend someone from another church in the cluster?
